I have represented clients across commercial and residential asset classes, structured leasing and investment transactions, advised on development and redevelopment opportunities, and often remain engaged beyond closing to ensure operational and financial performance aligns with the original strategy.

Unlike brokers whose involvement ends at the transaction, I understand how commercial assets are built, valued, financed, operated, and repositioned over time. As a former builder and general contractor, I assess physical condition, capital requirements, and feasibility. As a certified appraiser, I understand underwriting standards, value defense, and pricing risk. My experience in property and land management allows me to evaluate decisions through the lens of long-term ownership rather than short-term execution.
