Danielle Diaz, who goes by Dani is originally from Bethlehem, Pennsylvania, and is bilingual in English and Spanish, allowing her to connect with a wide range of clients.

She has been a licensed REALTOR® since March 2023, with a background in property management and leasing. She has worked closely with clients in the New Tampa area, helping them tour multiple properties and find the right place to call home. As a result of helping people find their forever homes, she generated over $1.5 million in annual revenue in her first year, along with an additional $650,000 from renewals for the leasing office.

Her experience has given her a strong understanding of the market, along with the ability to negotiate effectively. She is committed to putting her clients first and consistently going above and beyond to exceed expectations in every transaction.

Outside of real estate, Dani is a proud mom to an 8-year-old son, who is her entire world. You can find her cheering him on at football, baseball, or basketball games and often a little sunburned after a full day on the field. She enjoys staying active at the gym, recently falling in love with Pilates, and never misses her Monday night salsa classes.
